Atlas Copco has agreed to amass the German industrial pump manufacturer Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH from private fairness agency Silverfleet Capital.

Headquartered in Wangen in the Allgäu area of Germany, Pumpenfabrik Wangen specialises in progressive cavity pumps used primarily within the biogas and wastewater sectors, and twin-screw pumps for meals and beverage and cosmetics functions.
Pumpenfabrik Wangen has manufacturing amenities in Germany, a US subsidiary and a world gross sales and repair footprint. Tools employs 265 individuals and had 2020 revenues of approximately €46.four million.
