AxFlow acquires Switzerland’s Ateliers Ehrismann

AxFlow Germany is expanding its service business in Switzerland with the acquisition of Geneva-based Ateliers Ehrismann SA.
Founded in 1923, Ateliers Ehrismann services electric motors, pumps and other electrical and mechanical equipment. The firm additionally provides frequency converters and manufactures mechanical spare components and electromechanical prototypes. Ateliers Ehrismann is ATEX certified for the repair of electrical motors and holds a permanent inventory of electrical motors, frequency converters and spare elements for complete pump overhauls.
“The acquisition of Ateliers Ehrismann will make a fantastic addition to AxFlow and is according to our enterprise group technique to proceed to increase our service enterprise,” said Ole Weiner, CEO of AxFlow Holding.
