US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 staff.
The acquired business will function under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, prime product traces and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five locations throughout the United States, and more than 40 service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
